Despatch and Delivery
The Rustic Clash  Collection
We will despatch your off the shelf 'Designer Collection' selection within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cheque.

Our offices will be closed from Thursday 14th May 2009 until Friday 29th May 2009, any orders placed between these dates will be dealt with as soon as we return.

Design your own/Bespoke Bags
We aim to despatch your bag/s within 28 days of receiving your order. However please do let  us know if you have an urgent request.

Orders - UK
There is free delivery on all orders over £100. All other postage carries a £4.95 delivery charge.

Overseas
We would also love to receive orders from outside of the UK, so please email us your requirements and we will advise you of the postage costs.

Payment Options
We accept payment online through paypal, by credit card over the phone, or by cheque on arrangement.

Customer Privacy
We never pass your details on to any 3rd party except for processing your payment.

Exchange and Returns
We will happily give you an exchange or refund if you change your mind within 28 days on production of your purchase and ref no. Please return your item/s with the original packaging by registered mail so we can verify receipt. All items must be returned in the purchased condition. You will be responsible for the postage costs.
If you  find a fault in your purchase please send it back to us as above, by registered mail and on inspection of the purchase we will either exchange, or refund both the cost of your purchase and the cost of postage for posting the product (please ensure you send us a copy of the receipt  of postage).

Product/Trade Descriptions
We endeavour to describe all our bags and fabrics as accurately as possible, however due to the nature of reclaimed materials some shades and fabrics may vary slightly. Also with the bespoke bags, they may not be an exact replica in shape or fabric print size as seen on screen as this is purely a service so that you can get the general idea of how your finished article will look.
