About Rustic Clash

We design and create our bags wherever possible from
reclaimed sources. We feel it is important to not only
recycle materials, but to also give life back to some
fabulous fabrics we find along the way. As we use
these eco friendly methods to create our designer
range there are only limited amounts of these
fabrics available, therefore our designer bags are
all different in some way. Our designers put them
together based on fusing colourways, patterns and textures.

The offspring of a seamstress and a textile technician. The
logical progression may have been to produce two daughters
who lusted after a life in fabrics and fashion from day one.
Not the case with Michelle and Maria.

Both sisters have always had distinct styles, blending together
different looks. However when it came to hobbies and interests
both followed similar paths with acting, singing, travelling and
playing daft characters in even dafter plays! the fashion bit
came later, maybe as the girls matured........hmmmm.

Michelle

Michelle born in the mid seventies is a happy hippy chick always
experimenting with colours, textiles and patterns in her own home
and certainly with her dress sense - maybe not always to her
benefit...

Michelle loves all things that makes her families lives more rich in
fun. She especially loves running around after her two wee
monkeys (aged 5 and 4) pretending to be a pirate, a climbing frame or a judge on X Factor. She is also extremely happy, and excitable when she is out searching for hidden treasures. Does she have a pirate obsession???? If so its not a bad thing as all those treasures end up on your lovely Rustic Clash Bags...

Maria

Maria was born on a hot day back in the summer of 78. The middle child, she has always been the happy go lucky girl of the family. Always carried away (in a good way) by her bags, jewels and endless accessories. Maria's inspiration comes from all things eclectic. Often seen sporting a mash up of punk, classic, and a rustic edged style she can mix it up with the best of em! I guess like a magpie - if it Sparkles and Clashes, she wants it.

Rustic Clash

Rustic Clash is the amalgamation of fun, colour, ethics and style. By creating a product which is glamorous, desired and certainly attention grabbing. We aim to supply our bags to people who like to stand out from the crowd.

Driven by our passion for all the glorious hue, patterns and textiles available and coupled with our belief in creating the future from the best bits of the past, we bore Rustic Clash a fusion of a bygone era 'the fabrics' and a boldly overstated future 'the designs'.
